Outer Darkness Records Announces the Release of Blasphemies, Book II: A New Remix EP Featuring Antidote for Annie, Fatigue/Sawtooth, and Hexen Prozess.

Blasphemies, Book II from Outer Darkness Records will be following the same formula as the first album in the series. It plays on a fresh take of the beloved “Remix Wars” format. But instead of two, there are three artists, with each artist contributing two remixes of tracks from the others. This creates a fusion of styles and an interesting twist to existing tracks.

About the Artists:

• Antidote For Annie is an evolving identity, a shifting frame of mind. Since the late 90's, it has grown and evolved, covering a range of styles and sounds. As it evolved and matured, the soul of the project became clear. An intersection of beauty and melancholia, in turns dark, angry, calm and reflective. Antidote For Annie is finding your own way through, even if the path keeps changing.

• Fatigue/Sawtooth Dark-dance beats for sad queerdos. Fatigue is the synth-pop project of New England-based DJ/producer Lillian Edith Martin, as an outlet for vocal-based productions and song/lyric-writing. The music of Fatigue derives heavily from Martin's own struggles with depression, anxiety, while also drawing from themes of queer and trans positivity with a strong leftist bent, while never losing sight of club-ready beats and sizzling synths. Heavily influenced by a chimeric amalgam of Gary Numan, The Knife, Black Nail Cabaret, and TR/ST, while drawing from the writing style of new wave weirdos like Sparks and They Might Be Giants.

• Hexen Prozess From the wasteland that is known in the modern tongue as “Florida,” Hexen Prozess produces hand crafted, unethically sourced, artisanally made, infernos of sonic sorcery, straight out of the witches pyre that are guaranteed to make your mom’s bible study group feel uncomfortable on Sunday morning.
