Asphodel Ivory is the aggrotech/harsh EBM project of Boston DJ and producer J. F. Schneider. As the founder of ELYSIUM, a popular local goth/industrial night, Asphodel Ivory draws musical inspiration from the deep, rhythmic influences of 90s and 2000s trance and aggrotech. Building on the sound of contemporary goth and industrial legends like Suicide Commando, Alien Vampires, and Tactical Sekt, Asphodel Ivory delivers a sound that is both darkly hypnotic and powerfully relentless. Through a blend of intense beats and hypnotic melodies, Asphodel Ivory attempts to push the envelope of modern industrial music.
